Millberry Copper Scrap

Millberry is the top of the copper scrap hierarchy: clean, unalloyed, uncoated and untinned bare bright copper wire at 99.9% copper content, minimum 16 gauge. Because it is chemically equivalent to refined copper, Millberry trades at the narrowest discount to cathode of any scrap grade and can go straight into a wire rod mill without refining. The specification leaves no room: any tinning, coating, alloying or burnt material downgrades the lot. We verify grade before consolidation and do not rely on the seller's declaration.
